Experience: Nicole's practice encompasses both plaintiff and defense work. She represents plaintiffs in complex, high stake products liability actions as well as wrongful death and other personal injury matters. Recently, Nicole obtained a $4.2 million verdict in the matter of Brown v. Crown Equipment Corp., a wrongful death products liability action tried before a jury in federal court in Maine. Nicole also obtained judgment in favor of her client involved in a low-impact collision in excess of $100,000.00, where there were no compensable claims for future lost earnings and lost earnings capacity.

On the defense side, since 1997 Nicole has represented employers/defendants in labor and employment matters, including extensive counseling of local, state and national employers on employment issues such as those dealing with discrimination, harassment, wage and contract, and other personnel concerns. Nicole also defends employers in litigation before administrative panels, state and federal courts, including multiple plaintiff and class action cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, wage complaints, ERISA complaints, and other fair employment practices issues.

Nicole also accepts particular employment cases for plaintiffs, including evidenced violations of law in the areas of sexual harassment, discrimination and wage violations.

Volunteer Activities: Nicole has lectured and written on several topics, including in conjunction with state judges while practicing in Pennsylvania on sensitive sexual harassment matters concerning the interrelationship between the Catholic Church and Title VII.
